Amazon Seller Central allows third-party sellers to list products on Amazon. Anyone can use Seller Central as either individual selling fewer than 40 items a month, or a professional exceeding the mentioned amount. Amazon Sellers retain control over listings & inventory shipments, but end up hassled with logistics, limited marketing and last but not least, A+ Enhanced Marketing Content is not available for them.

AMAZON VENDOR EXPRESS
Amazon Vendor Express program enables selling to Amazon and exposing your products to hundreds of millions of customers worldwide, without the invitation or an Amazon buyer contact. You will also be eligible for benefits that drive customer demand, including free shipping for Prime members. Amazon Vendor Express helps you grow your business through almost the same services as Amazon Vendor Central and there is no additional fee!
AMAZON ENHANCED BRANDED CONTENT
A+ EBC allows you to create enhanced description pages, including images and formatted text, using templates. It is free to use (as of Jan, 2016), only available to 3rd party sellers with registered brand products, and has a variety of rules and restrictions. Amazon currently offers five templates that allow you to upload images and text into predefined sections. Choose one, add your content, and submit it for review. Amazon takes up to 7 days to review submissions. They currently allow sellers to have up to 20 pending submissions at once.
